GENIUS 1-LV-R Laser Marker Inverter is engineered for high speed, non-contact marking on PCB and SMT components. Designed for high-performance traceability and identification, this system utilizes the 3-axis control CO2 laser marker, offering a large programmable marking area of 508mm x 508mm. PCB 600Wx800L The laser head is mounted on X-Y servo axis above the PCB transport system. The PCB is transferred on the inverter conveyor, located and hold in position by integrated clamp mechanism. The laser will move to predefined marking position and marks the programmed content. The content will be verified by high resolution vision system.
